The App is a German-learning tool aimed at Turkish speakers and includes: an offline dictionary, spaced-repetition cards (SRS), practice/quiz modes, AI-assisted chat, and role-play scenarios.

Some features require an internet connection (AI chat and scenarios). Core features such as the dictionary, cards, and practice work offline.

The App can be used for free with its core features. The free version may display ads, and certain features may have daily usage limits.

• The Premium subscription provides additional features (e.g., extended chat usage, access to all scenarios, an ad-free experience).
• Payment is collected through Google Play. The subscription renews automatically according to the term you choose (monthly/yearly).
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription settings of your Google Play account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may vary by country and may be updated from time to time. The current price is shown on the purchase screen.
• Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policies.

You agree to use the App only for lawful and personal learning purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Using the service with automated tools (bots/scripts) or at an unusually high volume
• Attempting to use the AI infrastructure for purposes other than intended (e.g., as a general-purpose API)
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the App without authorization
• Using the App in a way that harms the service or third parties

To prevent abuse, reasonable daily usage limits (fair use) may apply, including for Premium. In case of a breach of these Terms, we may restrict or terminate your access.

The chat and scenario responses in the App are generated by artificial intelligence. AI content:

• May be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading;
• May not always be accurate, including grammar corrections;
• Does not replace professional language education, a teacher, or official resources.

You are advised to evaluate responses using your own judgment. Do not rely solely on the App for important decisions (e.g., exams, official applications).

Using the chat and scenario features requires you to provide the explicit consent described in the Privacy Policy for your messages to be transferred to and processed by services abroad.

The App, its design, content, and dictionary data belong to their respective rights holders. These Terms grant you the right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes; they do not grant the right to reproduce, distribute, or sell the content without authorization.

The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the App. We do not guarantee that the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free; third-party services (e.g., the AI infrastructure) may be temporarily unavailable.

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App and its features from time to time. We may also update these Terms; for significant changes, we will publish the updated version on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.
